Redmi Note 12 Series – New Leaks

The first information about the upcoming Redmi Note 12 series was recently leaked. However, some significant details were not revealed then, except for model numbers and other less important things. Now, two Redmi Note 12 models have appeared on the Chinese TENAA, and on that occasion, some details about the screen and battery of the phone were revealed.

Well-known Chinese leaker, Digital Chat Station reports that two Redmi Note 12 phones with model numbers 22041216C and 22041216UC appeared at the Chinese TENAA, where they revealed some details.

It is stated that these two devices have 6.6 “screens, probably with Full HD + support. Unfortunately, it has not been revealed what type of screen it is. When it comes to batteries, the Redmi Note 12 with model number 22041216C has a battery capacity of 4980 mAh, which means that the typical value of the battery will be 5000 mAh.

On the other hand, the Redmi Note 12 with model number 22041216UC has a 4300 mAh battery. It is stated that both phones run the current Android 12 operating system. Also, TENAA reveals that the dimensions of both phones will be 163.64 mm x 74.29 mm x 8.8 mm.

Considering this information above, we can assume that the Redmi Note 12 with model number 22041216C will probably be the Pro version, while the phone with model number 22041216UC will probably be the regular Redmi Note 12 model.

When it comes to the chip that will power the phones, it is speculated that the Redmi Note 12 models could come with MediaTek chips. It is possible that they will be Dimensity 8000 or Dimensity 1300, which are very advanced chips and it is certain that if they run Redmi Note 12 models, they will bring significantly better performance than Redmi Note 11 models.
