Xiaomi 12S Ultra was a desirable phone in many ways, both for its then-leading specs and its 50.3-megapixel 23mm main camera, which boasted Sony’s 1-inch IMX989 sensor.
Unfortunately for many, the 12S Ultra was never “released” to the global market, but that could change with the upcoming Xiaomi 13 Ultra model. Namely, according to the information of the well-known leaker, Ice Univers, Xiaomi’s new flagship will arrive on the global market, so interested customers will be able to get it more easily.

Xiaomi has not yet officially announced the new Ultra, but there have been “rumors” for months about the fact that it will have a system of four cameras and that each of them will have autofocus. The main sensor will remain the same as on the 12S Ultra, but this time it could have gimbal stabilization. Other specifications are not known, but it is assumed that the 13 Ultra will use Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory.
The Chinese presentation of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is expected in the second quarter of this year.
