Apple is set to unveil its next iPhone series this fall. It will be the iPhone 14 series. According to current information, it will include 4 models, with the Mini version being replaced by the Max version. Ming-Chi Kuo is one of the most famous leakers in the world of smartphones. He is especially known for information about Apple devices. It now transmits details about the front camera on the iPhone 14 models. Namely, Kuo states that Apple will improve the front camera on the iPhone 14 series.
He reports that all 4 models from the iPhone 14 series – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max will have an upgraded front camera sensor with f / 1.9 aperture and autofocus support. This information will certainly delight those who like to take selfie photos, and there are many of them today.
As a reminder, the selfie camera currently on the iPhone 13s models comes with an aperture of f / 2.2 and a fixed focus, and if the allegations of the aforementioned leaker turn out to be true, this will be a significant improvement on the front camera.
With a wider aperture, iPhones will be able to capture more light. He reports that the enhancement of the front camera will include improved depth of field effects, as well as improved videos in Portrait Mode.

Kuo said some time ago that this year Apple will significantly distance the Pro models from the regular and Max models.
He stated that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be delivered with the Apple A16 Bionic chip, while the other two models – iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will be delivered with the same chip as the iPhone 13 models – Apple A15 Bionic.
