Samsung Galaxy S20 series users are reporting a problem

Samsung Galaxy S20 series includes 3 members – Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy S20 +, and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. It was the debut of Ultra, which already has three generations.

These 3 models encountered problems soon after they were delivered to customers. Many users reported a problem with the green tint on the screens of the Galaxy S20 model, but Samsung soon sent an upgrade that solved the problem.

A few months ago, users reported that their screens simply stopped working for no particular reason, forcing users to replace screens. In some cases, this was done out of warranty, because the phones were in use for more than a year at the time.

Android Police is now reporting that users of these three phones are having a screen problem again. Namely, they report that a green or pink line appears across their screen now. They say it happened after a recent update, but there are also reports that the problem with a small number of users appeared a few months ago, which suggests that it may not be a software problem.

Either way, the problem is there. Still, hopefully, this is a software problem that Samsung will be able to fix with the upgrade. The South Korean company did not comment on this problem, but considering the way Samsung has communicated so far, it is expected that it will happen very soon.
