Instagram DM (Direct Messages) option now gets the ability to reply to new messages while viewing content on the platform. This means that the user will not have to interrupt the process of browsing the content, and the application will allow you to respond quickly from where you are currently.

If you come across something interesting that you would like to share with others, you can do it faster by pressing and holding the “send” button. You will be offered a list of “closest friends” to whom you can share the post, all without interrupting the content review.

Novelties for Instagram are also “silent messages”, so notifications will not appear to friends you contact. This will be useful if you forward messages and content to others late at night or if you do not want to be harassed in any other way.

The previous feature already exists on Messenger, which in addition to Instagram is also owned by Meta. Some other features, which Messenger already has, and now Instagram has, are a new topic for lo-fi conversations, as well as sending polls in group conversations.

Instagram also gets integration with some of the most popular music streaming services, such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. Users will be able to listen to 30 seconds of the song directly in the conversation.

It is expected that all these features, which arrive on Instagram, will further improve communication between users of this popular platform.
