Google Workspace Update allows users to join video conferencing with just one click, which means it doesn’t have to be done via calendar invitations or email.
In the future, Google Docs users will see a new icon next to the “Share” button, allowing them to join a Meet video call directly from their document.
The new taskbar will display a complete list of all video calls and appointments set by the user, along with times and dates, and a “join” button will be displayed when the meeting is available live.
Google Meet will soon get a new picture-in-picture mode, which will allow Chrome users to call up a floating meeting window, located above other tabs in the browser.
