In general, strange problems appear on some phones after Google delivered Android 12 to them. Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro users are now reporting that their phones can’t do their basic task – ring when an incoming call arrives.

Users of these models report on Reddit and Google support forums that they are facing it. They state that calls were simply quietly rejected, sending the caller directly to voicemail.

After entering the call list, users see that the incoming call was simply rejected when in reality the phone did not ring at all. All of these users report that their phones have not been set to options such as Do Not Disturb, etc., which could block calls.

There doesn’t seem to be an easy solution to the problem right now, other than resetting the phone to factory settings, which certainly won’t be a desirable option for most. It should be noted that users of some older Google Pixel phones, up to the Pixel 2XL phone, report that they have the same problem, but it is much less common with these models.

Although the Pixel 6 series has encountered and is facing major problems, according to a report from the second month, it is breaking sales records.

Google stated that the Google Pixel 6 series set sales records in one quarter. This, of course, refers to Google’s previous phones, and unfortunately, Google has not revealed the numbers that the Pixel 6 series can boast, in terms of the number of devices sold.

This year, Google will also introduce another member of the Pixel 6 series, and that will be the Google Pixel 6A, which will actually be the cheapest model in this series.
