In the previous days, the current story was about the OnePlus 10R and OnePlus Ace smartphones. Rumors indicated that these could be the same phones intended for different markets, which turned out to be true today. Namely, OnePlus confirmed that the OnePlus 10R and OnePlus Ace are the same phones, which will be presented in different markets.
OnePlus has announced that the OnePlus Ace will be introduced to the Chinese market, while the OnePlus 10R will be introduced to the global market. OnePlus Ace will be presented in China on April 21, while the OnePlus 10R will be globally introduced seven days later, on April 28. On this date, the company will present two more devices – the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite smartphone and the OnePlus Nord Buds wireless headset.
Although OnePlus itself has confirmed that the OnePlus Ace and OnePlus 10R will be the same phones, there may be some minor changes. For example, the OnePlus Ace could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chip, while the OnePlus 10R could come with a slightly more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chip. Rumors so far have also indicated that the phones will have a different design and it seems that if that happens, the OnePlus 10R will be a far nicer phone than the OnePlus Ace phone.
Information so far indicates that the phones will have 3 cameras on the back. The main camera should have a 50 MP f / 1.8 sensor, an ultra-wide camera, and an 8 MP f / 2.3 sensor, while the third sensor would be a 2 MP f / 2.4 macro sensor. A 16 MP f / 2.5 selfie sensor will be found at the front. The phones will have a 5000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
