POCO has globally introduced the successor to the POCO F3 GT phone – the POCO F4 GT. The phone can rightly be classified as a flagship killer, as it has some really impressive specifications at a much lower price compared to flagship devices.
The POCO F4 GT has a 6.67 “AMOLED screen. The screen is flat and comes with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. A hole at the top hides a front camera with a 20 MP sensor. This is a Sony IMX596 sensor. As the phone is aimed at gamers, it also has physical keys for gaming, but it can also be used outside of games.
On the back of the phone has another Sony sensor – IMX686 main camera sensor of 64 MP f / 1.9. In addition, there is also an ultra-wide 8 MP sensor with a field of view of 120 degrees aperture f / 2.2, a macro sensor of 2 MP, and there is a flicker sensor (flicker). These cameras are located in a rectangular cutout. Although POCO states that these are flagship cameras, the camera section is the part where the POCO F4 GT cannot match high-end devices.
The POCO F4 GT is currently powered by Qualcomm’s strongest chip – the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The chip comes with Liquid Cool 3.0 technology and consists of two steam chambers.
In addition to all the above features, the POCO F4 GT also boasts 120W fast charging. This is currently the fastest charging on a single POCO phone and the 4700 mAh battery, which is in the phone, will fully charge in 17 minutes. There is also a way to charge while playing games, which heats up the device less. This mode will fully charge your phone in 27 minutes. In addition to the charger, POCO has an angled USB-C cable in the box with the phone, which means more comfortable use while holding the phone horizontally.
POCO will offer free screen repair/replacement 6 months after phone activation.
It will be available for purchase from April 28, 2022. in several regions in black, yellow, and silver.
