Is Spotify down? Massive reports

Hundreds of thousands of Spotify users reported during the day that this music streaming service was down. People complain that Spotify automatically logs them out throughout the day, and some even claim that their account has been deleted.

Spotify confirmed that the problem really exists, although no information was given about when the service could be repaired and why the malfunction occurred.

“Something is wrong and we are investigating it,” the official statement said.

“Thank you for all the reports of malfunctions,” they added.
