Last December, Honor introduced the Honor Play 30 Plus in China. This phone has brought interesting features for a mid-range device, and now some of the main specifications for the standard version of this mobile phone, the Honor Play 30, are known.
To remind you, the Honor Play 30 Plus came with the Android 11 operating system running the MediaTek Dimensity 6833 octa-core mobile chipset alongside the MAli-G57 graphics chip. This processor consists of 2 Cortex-A76 cores running at 2.2GHz, as well as 6 Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.0GHz.
In addition, there was 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage space, as well as options for 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM depending on the user’s preference. All this is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which is quite enough for one day of use, and even more than that.
As for the screen on this mobile phone, it is 6.74 inches in size and has an HD + resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, which is certainly not enough by modern standards. The screen itself is IPS LCD type, and the good side is the high screen refresh rate of 90Hz, which currently seems to be not good enough, considering that even lower-middle-class mobile phones often have a screen refresh rate of 120H.
Finally, the camera system consists of two sensors. The main camera has a resolution of 13MP with an aperture of f / 1.8 and phase autofocus, while there is an auxiliary depth sensor with a resolution of 2MP. Again, nothing special. And what could Honor Play 30 bring?
Honor Play 30 – CPU, battery, screen, and memory
According to the specifications found on a Chinese device certification site, the Honor Play 30 could appear with a 6.51-inch TFT screen of HD + resolution as well as a 4,900mAh battery. In addition, an octa-core processor is expected, on which some of the cores will run at a frequency of 2.2GHz. There is an option for 4GB, 6GB, 8GB, as well as 12GB of RAM, writes GSM Arena.
Honor Play 30 – camera
Finally, there are two cameras with a resolution of 13MP and 5MP, while there is still no information on the resolution of the front camera. So, this should be one of all those who are not ready to spend too much money on their mobile phone. In our opinion, we are not sure that we can predict a great future for it on the market.
