A lot of time has passed since that first information and we have already learned a lot, but there are still discussions about whether the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will have a dedicated slot for the S Pen.
So in November last year we had a chance to see information claiming that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will not have a dedicated S Pen slot, and in February this year, Korean media reported that the foldable smartphone will come with the aforementioned S Pen slot and will report it is the S Pen that will be the key selling point of this device.
And today new information is emerging claiming that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 won’t have an S Pen slot after all. The information comes from the well-known leaker Ice universe. In addition to information about the S Pen, he also mentioned that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be “a little smaller and thinner” without any details.
This information is not a surprise, considering that its predecessor Galaxy Z Fold 3 did not have a slot for the S Pen, and it recorded excellent sales results.
However, it is rumored that Samsung will ship the S Pen in a sales package with Fold 4, which was not the case with its predecessor as the pen was sold separately.
But if that happens anyway (and I believe we all hope it will), the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be Samsung’s first foldable smartphone to ship with the stylus.
