Loading times are also slightly faster compared to those on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S consoles.
It is stated that the Elden Ring is specially optimized to work in Steam Deck Gaming mode when the system is used as a handheld console. The game has slightly lower performance in desktop mode or when the resolution is increased above 1280 x 800 pixels.
Valve worked on optimizing this game for his console, and a very satisfactory result was achieved. The company is expected to optimize performance for desktop mode soon.
The Elden Ring is now available for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One worldwide.
